About Charlotte
Hi, I'm Charlotte — a personal trainer based at Total Fitness in Ossett, serving clients across Wakefield, Leeds and beyond.
My fitness journey began at age 14 when I realised the media has a big impact on the way we look and feel about ourselves. I didn't have the easiest of times growing up, and exercise was my one focus to help me mentally as well as physically.
Outside of the gym I love exploring other cities and eating out. Balance is really important to me — finding time to train and spend time with family and friends is essential!
I've been going to the gym since the age of 14, visited a huge variety of gyms over the years, and now take part in hybrid events such as DEKA and HYROX simulations. What started as a weekend hobby turned into a passion — and seeing results with the support of family and friends around me really motivated me to turn that passion into something more.
I've been helping people find their feet with the gym and achieve long-term goals since 2022, in a completely laid-back, judgement-free training space. 🫶

Fully personalised training built around your goals, fitness level, and schedule. We work at your pace in a supportive environment at Total Fitness, Ossett.
Group Sessions
Train with a small group for extra motivation and a social buzz. Great if you prefer company and want to keep costs down while still getting expert guidance.
Online Coaching
Bespoke programmes, check-ins, and support — all online. Perfect if you're not local or prefer the flexibility of training on your own time with expert guidance.
